You must have tried many dishes, but have you ever eaten rose momos? If not, then you should definitely make them at least once!

Ingredients for Momos Stuffing:
- Finely chopped cabbage
- 2 finely chopped carrots
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 6 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 2 green chilies
- 1-inch piece of ginger (finely chopped)
- Soy sauce (as per taste)
- Vinegar (as per taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1 tbsp refined oil
For Dough Preparation:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Juice of 1 beetroot
- ½ cup coriander juice
Method to Prepare the Stuffing:
- Heat a pan and add oil.
- Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and chilies, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Once the onions lose their moisture, add finely chopped cabbage and carrots and sauté them well.
- Now, add soy sauce and vinegar as per taste.
- Add black pepper powder and mix well.
- Finally, add salt as per taste and mix properly. Your stuffing is now ready.
- First, extract beetroot juice and use it to knead 1 cup of flour. This will give you red-colored dough.
- Now, extract coriander juice and knead another cup of flour to prepare green-colored dough.
- Roll out small puris (small flat discs) from both red and green dough.
- Fill the prepared stuffing inside and seal the edges carefully to form a rose shape.
- Steam the momos for 5 to 7 minutes, and your beautiful rose momos are ready.
- Serve them hot with tomato chutney, momo chutney, or green chutney.
Pro Tips:
- You can use spinach juice for green dough instead of coriander.
- If you don’t like all-purpose flour (maida) momos, you can make them using semolina (suji). Simply grind the semolina into a fine powder, mix it with hot water, and knead it into a dough.
